Door problem !?!

The original doors to this rear elevation extension were poorly made, ill fitting and the poor quality  timber was beginning to decay. As result there was an unacceptable loss of valuable heat.

GBS was given the task of replacing the doors and in doing so increase the energy value which we achieved by the use of larger cavity double glazed units, low E coated glass and Argon gas fill.

So that the doors would provide many years of service and maintain their stability they were made from engineered hardwood and factory painted in a micrporous paint system.
